It all began with crayons and paper.

Some of my earliest memories include the simple pleasure of drawing with waxy crayons on crisp paper. Over the years, while balancing teaching and family life, I nurtured this passion through university art courses and workshops across the country. My work celebrates the beauty of ordinary objects found in nature—everything from broken eggshells to gentle mountain slopes. Many of my pieces are inspired by meaningful objects tied to memories of loved ones. I enjoy experimenting with a variety of media, including oil, watercolor, charcoal, ink, mixed media, natural dyes, and felted fibers. In addition to creating art, I also teach workshops in felted fiber and watercolor journaling.
